FanFicNow is currently a one-person project, made by a student who got tired of choosing between outdated sites and ones buried in ads.
“I'm Goldo — a student, and the only person currently building FanFicNow. I've read and written fan fiction for years, and every time I went looking for a good place to do it, I ran into the same two problems: the popular sites felt stuck in the past, and the newer ones were so full of ads I'd lose the story in the clutter. So I decided to just build the site I actually wanted to use.”

Running FanFicNow as one person means things move at a student's pace, not a startup's. Bugs get fixed when I find them, features ship when they're ready, and every bit of feedback genuinely reaches the person building the site — me.
